Ceòl is Craic joins forces with Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra to present a unique event inspired by traditional Gaelic work songs.
Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra is made up of the cream of musicians from Glasgow’s jazz, classical, folk, rock and avant garde music scenes. For this special performance they will be joined by a talented group of guest artists.
Margaret Bennett is an iconic Scottish singer, folklorist and tradition bearer.
Martin Green is an award winning musician and composer. He is best known as one third of internationally renowned folk band Lau.
Ruairidh Gray is a hugely talented young Gaelic singer and musician from South Uist.
Completing the line up is interactive video artist and film maker Brian Hartley.
